ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'trim' of undefined, js engine: hermes

I'm trying to run a basic react-native RTF scene, but I'm getting this error in the console 3 times
ERROR TypeError: Cannot read property 'trim' of undefined, js engine: hermes and also on the screen.

I've followed this guide

I have only one page, and here is its content

import {Canvas} from "@react-three/fiber/native";

export default function Index() {
  return (
      <Canvas>
        <ambientLight intensity={0.1} />
        <directionalLight color="red" position={[0, 0, 5]} />
        <mesh>

You can wrap canvas content into Suspense like this:

import {Canvas} from "@react-three/fiber/native";
import {Suspense} from "react";

 export default function Index() {
  return (
      <Canvas>
       <Suspense fallback={null}>
        <ambientLight intensity={0.1} />
        <directionalLight color="red" position={[0, 0, 5]} />
        <mesh>
          <boxGeometry />
          <meshStandardMaterial />
        </mesh>
       </Suspense>
      </Canvas>
  );
 }
