Restart strategies text for cron incorrect? #244

It seems the --cron-restart section doesn't have a heading and had its explanation copied from the "Exponential Backoff Restart Delay" section, which seems incorrect.

It appears that the correct text for that section was accidentally removed in this commit: cefb86e#diff-8708185ae3832698cf68774033c107e515f9a2280eb32a2d34c4fd6c6532ee5e
