If a user has a "locally" installed (ie non-SaaS) version of a version control management system (e.g. GitLab Community Edition, GitHub Enterprise edition, Bitbucket Data Center, etc) then the user will need to make sure that port 22 is available to our outbound IPs.
I'm not sure if it is best to add a dedicated page explaining this and then point each dedicated management system page to the single explanation page, or repeat the information in a note somewhere on each page.
