[Question] a four keys sequence not working?

Not sure if that is the problem or something else, but the following mapping does not work:

ennoremap <ctrl-alt-shift-j> <to_resident>{<ctrl-shift-alt-j>}

In Word, I have a special handling for this keys sequence, but it only switches to resident and does nothing afterward. I am not sure if there is a need for a pause after the <to_resident> or maybe the sequence is not working?

(this is actually an offshoot of #177 -- in #177 all this is unnecessary, b/c the key sequence event would automatically pass to Word).
