According to the specification - http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/v1.2/os/xliff-core.html#Struct_Grouping
the format of .xliff or .xlf files should have 'trans-unit' whereas the extract commands outputs with just 'unit'.
This means that I cannot update my translation files that I have stored with CrowdIn.

I realised this is an old spec and has been superseded by this one - http://docs.oasis-open.org/xliff/xliff-core/v2.0/xliff-core-v2.0.html

Actually, it seems that xliff v1.2 is still widely used and v2.0 is not. Also the config for xliff_version: 1.2 has no affect. At the moment, this bundle is unusable as I can't use the exported format. Also output_format: yml does not work

output_format: yml does not work. FileStorage ingring ouput_format and always use xlf

Hi! Thanks for opening this issue, many of maintainers are currently busy due to the crisis situation, but we will watch the problem as soon as we can.
