I'm not sure if/how to download videos, as Twitter is discontinuing the MP4 links to videos (but not Animated GIFs) in favour of a URL that streams the video, according to the bandwidth. My question here: https://twittercommunity.com/t/retiring-mp4-video-output/66093/13
