Accordion title headings invisible to the Table of Content block and accessibility tools

Accordions title headings are invisible to :

• the Table of Content block
• some accessibility tools that list headings (this one for instance)

This leads to a misleading heading list for users that rely on this block / these tools.

The cause may be the role=button on accordion title headings, that would prevent them from being detected as true headings.

The issue is particularly visible when there are nested heading, like

h2
h2 (accordion title)
  h3 inside an accordion
h2

The Table of Content block and other tools will ouput :

h2
  h3 inside an accordion
h2
