Versions used:
Visual Studio 2022 17.8.4
P4VS 2023.1.251.3916

When using the 'Pending Changes Filter' in the Solution Explorer (see image below), files that are mark-for-add do not appear. Is there a way to include them? If not, they probably should be included by default.
