Pinned tabs persist over different graphs in v1.19.0 #80

Since last update to v1.19.0 pinned tabs persist when switching to another graph in Logseq (Linux x64 0.9.4). Also new pages are created from the pinned tab-title after switching in the newly loaded graph. PS: Love your plugin! :)

I have just noticed that this is not limited to pinned tabs. Tabs persist when switching between graphs, which now is a really annoying behavior.

This is also a problem when you have 2 graphs open and have to reload logseq with shortcut, then both windows get totally mixed up.

For me the tabs persist, but of the pinned tabs only the first one does (and its page gets created in the vault where it doesn't exist), but any other pinned tabs are just closed on vault switch, and not reopened when switching back either.
