Disconnected/failed timeout

How would one go about setting a timeout so that the peer connection becomes disconnected or failed after some time without network activity?

Paulo on Discord:

libdatachannel disconnects after ICE timeout if the connection is lost (30-40s). If you use datachannels, it also disconnects after SCTP timeout (~30s). This one can be tuned with SetSctpSettings().

Of course a clean close is reported immediately
