User Story:

As a support agent (both developer and customer)
I want to be able to make test requests to any scorer
So that I can troubleshoot issues with deduplication and custom scorers

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN Daniel's API key
WHEN a partner has an issue
THEN he can make requests to their scorer to better understand the issue
