Weird errors while upgrading from 2.8.3 to 2.9.3

Hi all, I currently have this weird errors while upgrading parcel

My .parcelrc is pretty simple and works fine in 2.8.3

Does anyone know what's the issue and/or if this is a known bug? I searched all issues but nothing like mine.
System info:
OS: MacOS latest on M1 Air 2020
Node: v18
Yarn1 with workspace/lerna
