Стоит обновить readme-файл.
github его показывает на главной странице проекта, так что туда есть смысл включить совсем краткое описание проекта, важные ссылки (описание API, prod-server, упоминание Android-приложения, прочее), и краткую информацию о лицензии проекта и использованных библиотеках.
