I tried to recompress the pdf with Apple's pdf engine, with no luck. In fact, after this problem I found another one: the characters of the words are often separated with spaces in Paperless, making it impossible to search or tag by content. Those problems doesn't exists when viewing or searching in those pdfs from the Finder, so I understand paperless ngx doesn't work for me, for a reason I don't explain, I have to search something else for my needs. |

That does not seem like a good resolution of the issue. I'm suffering from the same problem in one of my PDFs: https://www.mercedes-benz.ch/content/dam/switzerland/passengercars/e-mobility/charging-services-wallbox-05-2022.pdf Will try to dig into the PDF to see whether I can spot any obvious reasons for the failure. |
