System requirements will depend heavily on your documents. Consuming images will require ocr which is memory and processor intensive. Consuming digital files with no archive file is much less work. An installation with thousands of automatic categories will take more memory than a few dozen. It's best to simply try it and adjust after monitoring |

The document processing requirements entail handling a total of approximately 600,000 documents daily processing rate ranging from 100 to 150 documents, mostly pdf documents. I would appreciate your recommendation on the appropriate specifications for the VM with those requirements. |

100-150 documents per day is not a big deal. I am currently doing ~50-100 documents per day with 2-20 pages. Next week I'll hit the 10.000 documents. Around 5 GB at the moment. |

Hello,
I'm reaching out for support regarding the setup of Paperless-NGX. Specifically, I require assistance with determining the hardware and software requirements needed for a virtual machine (VM) deployment. As I prepare to embark on this endeavor, I'm eager to ensure that the VM is provisioned optimally to support the Paperless-NGX application. Any guidance regarding the CPU, memory, and storage specifications necessary for a successful Paperless-NGX installation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your valuable assistance!
