docker compose plugin not found #6215

Now I found my error. I was in the directory /root. In this directory its not possible to start the script. I think that was possible in the past. If I change directory to another one e.g. /dev (and set rights 777) it starts without problems. Thank you for your fast support. This fault was a little bit tricky.
