No document in preview and not able to download -> Django error

Hi folks,

I have paperless-ngx running in a docker container. version 2.6.2
I have some docs in Paperless imported. I am sure that, while tagging the preview was visible like:

Now it comes that this preview is no more visible, just grey. Once I try to download it with the "Herunterladen" button. I get an Django error:

Since I am sure that the document was uploaded and tagged, I had a look with SCP to the filesystem and the document was listed under:
/docker/volume/paperless-ngx/media/documents/originals
I could download it and open it with Acrobat and it was not destroyed nor defective in anyway.

Now I wonder why Paperless does not open the file in the preview window, nor it can be downloaded from the GUI?

Probably because it doesn't exist where paperless placed it. You can find that location with the admin pages and the filename property.

Then you have some sort of serious installation problem. There will be logs for a 500

I wonder what could be since this runs as docker.

quite interesting because on the DB Server the timezone is correctly set:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 33 Apr 27 2023 localtime -> /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Berlin
In my mySQL database is "SET time_zone = SYSTEM;
This should be the case that the Timezone from my system which is Europe/Berlin

And this is my paperless compose file:
