Then, after the user chooses the amount of months it covers, convert it into a monthly total for display when viewing application as an admin

Per A. Fleck on 2/22/22:
We ask that the financial income and expenses be entered as a monthly basis and the educational expenses including scholarships and grants be entered for a term.
