Users need to sign the energy application. I don't know if NI sends a pic of this with the electronic submission, or simply have to retain it with the physical records. NIEAP users need to be able to electronically sign the form; my initial thought is to use mouse (computer) or finger (touchscreen device), but I'm not married to either one. We can submit them as an image file along with the rest.

NI does not send this with the electronic submission, but does need it on their physical copy. It needs to be on the PDF they print out.
