The button does nothing. What should it do?

The client wants end users not in their service areas to be directed to resources/services that are. They have not yet provided us with where to redirect those end users.

I'll bring it up at the next meeting with the clients.

The client said that they would provide a list of resources for this button to redirect to. They have not yet done so.
