Code Climate Should Ignore Test Directory

Currently tests are showing up as issues in Code Climate. Normally tests are excluded for code climate analysis.

If I recall correctly the following entries should be appended to the default list for the Repo Settings >> Exclude Patterns. I think you can get away with just the first pattern to match any __test__/ directory.
