Automate Table Generation For First Time Setup

At the moment the code assumes that you have a table with all the csv imports needed to run. Need to create code that automatically imports all the data from the csv's into the table that is being used. At the moment the needed csvs from the GTFS data needed are: stop_times.csv, stops.csv, trips.csv, and routes.csv
