First, thanks for the work and documentation. I've gone through the setup multiple times, encountering some of the other issues reported but getting past them -- making sure to use the correct image from the readme, needing to expand the file system, having to find my usb to ethernet adapter, etc. But now have the process working reliably from fresh sdcard to complete duckysetup with no errors. Using a Pi Zero W.

But, have tried plugging into various macs running Mojave and the device never shows up. Using homebrew's lsusb to check devices before and after and no change. Pi light goes green but no matter how long I wait never see the device.

Any pointers for debugging?

Fwiw also plugged it into a Pi 3 b running latest Raspbian. It's lsusb output does not change. At the time the cable is inserted the system does log "reset low-speed USB device number 4 using dwc_otg" but that's it.

Going to close this. Never did get it to work but have moved on to P4wnP1 which is a nice framework for testing this sort of thing and was able to get it working on the mac quickly.
