how to apply attrs to two diff element

I have a component like this

  <input />
</div>

and I hope style and class can apply to div and other attributes and event handler to input
how can I do that?

now I define class & style in props
so it can apply to div, and use v-bind:attrs in input
everything is ok, but when I build with typescript, it show error

it seems caused by the latest @vitejs/plugin-vue-jsx ^2.1.0
