Is there anyway hold dynamic children ref , like children in Vue2 ?

I have a dynamic component, created by h, like this:

  resolveDynamicComponent('el-form'),
  {
    ref: (el: any) => {
      parEl = el
    },
    key: 'xxxx',
    ...comProps,
  },
  () => subNodes
)

subNodes are dynamic created.
is there anyway that i can get each sub component ref ?
