Why is check reserved HTML elements in component() is case-sensitive?

Vue version: 3.4.3 and 3.5.0 alpha

Examples:

app.componet('button'); // Do not use built-in or reserved HTML elements as componen - is good
app.componet('Button'); // This is allowed - why?

Potential errors, ambiguity:

<component is="button"></component> - use native html button or vue component button?
<component is="Button"></component> - use native html button or vue component button?

<button></button> - always use native html button - is good
<Button></Button>- use native html button or vue component button?

<component is="button"> and <button> - it works in different ways, is strange

I propose to prohibit the use of reserved names and use case-insensitive check.

Components registered in kebab-case can only be used in kebab-case, while components registered in PascalCase can be used both in PascalCase and kebab-case.

So, app.component("button") can only be used as <button/> (always clashing with the native element), while app.component ("Button") can be used as <Button/>.

That's why Vue documentation recommends naming components in PascalCase:
