otPlat: are all platform apis actually used

There are some otPlatRadio getters and setters e.g.

1. otPlatRadioSetCcaEnergyDetectThreshold and otPlatRadioGetCcaEnergyDetectThreshold
2. otPlatRadioSetFemLnaGain and otPlatRadioGetFemLnaGain

but are the configured values used by openthread?
I can't seem to find any usage (and therefore no reason to support the api)

or am I reading it the wrong was and is this just values passed from the layer above through openthread to the layer below (and/or vice versa)

The platform APIs you cited are not currently used by OpenThread itself. They may be used by product-specific integrations, but they are not required by OpenThread.
