When I try to submit for GitHub Global Campus, and press the continue button, nothing happens.
I tested on Chromium, Version 120.0.6099.129 (Official Build) built on Debian trixie/sid, running on Debian kali-rolling (64-bit).
When I press "Continue" button at this page, the button switches to disabled and nothing happens.
No errors, no messages whatsoever....
I use Chromium and enabled location access.
I have added my institutional email
Here are the screenshots:
The "Continue" button gets disabled and nothing happens.
Is is possible for some IP blocking in my area to cause the problem? If so what should I do? If I use some kind of VPN, it will change the location and Github won't be able to verify the location...
There is no activity in network when I press the button, but there is some error in console:
application:1 Network location provider at 'https://www.googleapis.com/' : Returned error code 403.
I appreciate any help with that.
Regards, Behrad.B

I also tried with Firefox, same issue:
