I have defined a workflow in my respository which works like a preocommit pipeline which I want to trigger on when a new pull request is created.
This workflow includes multiple different set of UTs and FTs to be ran.
But the problem is I am not able to apply this workflow as a "required workflow" to my main branch.
I know this feature is called required workflow and I have been following this doc too : https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/required-workflows
But even this didn't helped me to mandate a workflow for my PR.
This is the workflow which I want to create
In my actions tab I don't see any option of required workflows
I tried following this youtube tutorial too for applying required workflow but somehow I don't see that option in my settings

These are the repository settings I have configured in my repo :
I have also complete branch protection , these are the settings :
I am kind of stuck why its is happening like this, any help on this would be very appreciable.
