How to add a workflow with an existing yml file? And the existing file doesn't exist in "main" branch.

From step 4, I cannot find the button "Set up a workflow yourself". I have to click "New Workflow" button, then there is a button called "Set up a workflow yourself".

For step 5, the branch was set to "main" branch by default, if I switch to other branch, it will be navigated to 404 error
