My organization has been flagged?

Is there any way I can find out why my organization has been flagged? I submitted a ticket about a week ago and I'm patiently waiting for a response. Knowing why the flag occurred would be nice. I'd like to rest assured that there has not been any malicious activity on behalf of my organization account.
