My java/maven jobs run for 8-10 minutes, and most of that time is spent on downloading maven dependencies.
Cache seems to be broken half of the time at least (here, and here and here are at least some of the examples), and hence doesn't help to fix the problem.
Are there any other options to improve the download speed instead of relying on cache? I can download artifacts locally in less than a minute, why does it take so long to download the same artifacts when running things via actions? This makes actions barely usable and hinders development processes.
