A blocked deleted user cannot be removed from blocked users list

A couple of years ago, I blocked a user, who was harassing me. GitHub has since suspended his account (but he has returned with several different accounts). I am left two options, mentioned in the below warning:

• Either to unblock the user or
• Disable the warning

Both links lead to the same page. No such user is displayed in my user settings.

This needs a fix to either:

• Automatically remove deleted users from block lists or
• Show deleted user profiles on blocked users page.
