Help with I2C functions to read sht85

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to coding in general, I'm looking at I2C devices currently. I've been trying to read an sht85 using a pic18f27q10. I've been trying to find examples and use the MCC generated functions but I can't make heads not tails of it currently. Any help advice or examples would be greatly appreciated, I'll apologise in advance for if I ask/say anything daft.
