Github action is not triggering when an external collaborator commits code to corresponding branch

My Github repo is configured with actions which triggers when anyone push a code to staging branch it will trigger the deployment. In my case if I push code to staging it is working but i added an external collaborator to this repo and he is not able to commit and also actions is not working. Can anyone help to sort out this issue..

Would you be able to provide a little more context about what you mean by "not working"? Is he experiencing an errors, or do you have screenshots or logs that will help myself and other Community members understand the issue better?
