Download Attachment issues, help to set REDIS_URL ENV variable

Dears,
When downloading an attachment, the below link is opened hence the file can't be downloaded. http://0.0.0.0:3000/rails/active_storage/blobs/redirect/eyJfcmFpbHMiOnsibWVzc2FnZSI6IkJBaHBEdz09IiwiZXhwIjpudWxsLCJwdXIiOiJibG9iX2lkIn19--e281071b4458c9db194db927f5fe54dacf88389a/test.png

Kindly guide me to set the environment variables based,
I tried this but application does not start
REDIS_URL=redis://mychat.com:6379
