Hey guys,
We hope you guys integrate more custom features with knowledge base such as KB banner, nicer knowledgebase templates (similar to known competitors) and possibly Chat customizations such as banner in header of chat box and being able to disable status of your chat.
Last thing is being able to choose signature for each inbox. It seems one signature is used for all inbox accounts.
