PG_ISREADY Error with DATABASE_URL

Hello!
There is problem when use DATABASE_URL

• pg_isready -h postgres_host -p -U postgres_user
  pg_isready: error: too many command-line arguments (first is "chatwoot")
  pg_isready: hint: Try "pg_isready --help" for more information.

To Reproduce

Run DATABASE_URL instead of using envs
