Issues when messaging any channel

When creating a new message from whatsapp telegram messenger my sidekiq stuck on enqueued i installed this chatwoot with easypanel

This is the sidekiq current jobs and stuck on

if i write from my whatsapp to the chatwoot from business api, i receive the details on logs but chatwoot instance stay without data

and 0 processed jobs
