Hi! I want to ask the way to set user immediately be able to chat right after open the bubble rather than click "Start Conversation" first.
Because if someone click the chat balloon there's only 2 option, first they want to start conversation, the second is look for previous chat in conversation.
I hope someone can tell what should i do or some configuration should i change. Thank you
