Hi, I'm here to ask for a feature that I'm missing.
Link the initial message to a response.
This feature is common on zapweb, zapbusiness, zapparticular and other platforms. However, in chatWoot it is not possible yet.
I really miss this feature, especially in groups on WhatsApp.
