Hello!
We have a good amount of conversation activity in our Chatwoot instance, and some of our support folks rely on the Slack integration to stay up to date on that activity. To make things easier for them, it'd be great if we could filter which messages make it to Slack. For example, we'd like to be able to exclude the " added/removed " messages, as those clutter up the history and aren't actionable.
Please let me know your thoughts on this! We could help implement this if it's desired.
