Hi @sojan-official I think #6788 is important to be merged because this bug broke email functionality.

@arladmin seems like this happens when the conversation has not started on the website. At the moment you can wait for the chatwoot:on-message event before sending the payload. To ensure that a conversation exists.

Meanwhile we will work on a better solution for this
