WhatsApp Cloud : Major irritating Issue

It is quite frustrated even after many attempts over days and weeks, I am not able to create WhatsCloud API Inbox.

CW Version: Tried on both x.8 as x.9 version
Caprover
Digital Occean

Steps to produce:

1. Follow all the steps in the Official documentation on Chatwoot website including the video how to create permanent token.
2. Copy n Paste Permanent Access Token in API key field, Chatwoot throws error 'We were not able to save the WhatsApp channel'

BUT,

if copy and paste Temporary Access Token instead of Permanent, it SAVES.

There is DEFINITE ISSUE. I have seen this same issue echoed by other USERS and so far no solution has been provided. I keep on waiting for new Version of Chatwoot thinking, the new version would solve the issue, but even after latest update same ERROR.
