Configure mailgun with chatwoot

I have hosted chatwoot application. I want to send inbound emails to chatwoot email channel. I am following instruction given on page - https://www.chatwoot.com/docs/self-hosted/configuration/features/email-channel/conversation-continuity
I didnt get the sentence - 'If you are configuring Mandrill as your email service, configure Mandrill to route your inbound emails to https://example.com/rails/action_mailbox/mandrill/inbound_emails if example.com is where you have hosted the application.'
Because on mailgun dashboard we will put the forward email string generated by chatwoot channel right?
Can someone please help?
