Imap fetching not working reliable #4331

Hi, I have a server setup using the helm chart. Due to how the email server works the forward/relay way isn't quite cutting it, so I thought the imap settings may work. However, I have either no emails showing up in chatwoot at all or only if I restart the workers. Also, on each restart I get "Your email inbox has been disconnected. Please update the credentials for SMTP/IMAP". The details are known and double-checked to be fully correct. Also, I am not finding any error in the logs. Any idea where I get started to get more logging details? The mailserver is a simple mailu server. Thunderbird connects without issues while chatwoot doesnt seem to do that. Ok tracking this further it seems that mailu creates a "welcome to your account" email which had no date. So thats what caused it. deleting it makes it work |
