Duplicity of chats

I'm new using ChatWoot, so it may or may not be some parameter i don't know about, but let me explain it, so someone could, perhaps, help me.

When someone new call we on our inbox(WhatsApp Inbox, and the only one rn), it creates a new chat and a new contact, everything right here, but, sometimes randomly, when i send a message to an "old" chat, like, yesterday, when i receive response, the response comes in a new chat.

It happens too when you send a message via the contact Area, i will show some examples below:

I used the contact area to send myself an message, and when i got my cellphone and send any message in it, it created a new chat, like below:

this is a bug, or just some parameter on the configuration of ChatWoot?

If I didn't explained it right or something like that, just say it, I don't have much experience using it.
