Error: Not receiving messages from Facebook page to Chatwoot

I successfully connected the Facebook page to Chatwoot through Channel Messenger. When there is a message from the FB Page, it is successfully transferred to Chatwoot. However, when I send “Delete Contact” in Chatwoot, messages from that FB account no longer transfer from the page to Chatwoot (other accounts are still normal).

I installed the image: chatwoot/chatwoot:docker-foss-arm64-ce for ARM through Docker Portainer, and when checking the Chatwoot log, it still receives notifications as below.

Is this a bug? Please help.
