Usually, I create release executables myself manually because I have to edit in icons, manifests, etc. But since we're going open now, we can't have random people creating binaries and uploading them. The only really trustable way for releases to be made is through GitHub Actions since it will build based off of public code. If someone is familiar with writing a workflow to compile Picocrypt, please do share your wisdom.
