Self-extracting archive (SFX)

It would be cool to create an SFX module for Picocrypt, similar to what 7-Zip has. Then, after creating a volume, one can just append it after the SFX binary to get a self-contained and self-extracting volume.

This would go in the Experiments/Extra repo.

As an end user, for me, this is the biggest feature that's missing from Picocrypt, in terms of usability. Another nice-to-have feature might be to be able to quickly encrypt any file from the right-click context menu.

This shouldn't be too hard to implement (SFX) actually, the CLI is basically 80% of it, now just need to attach it to volumes somehow.

Also you can go to your file manager and drop a .pcv into the CLI executable for your platform for easy decryption.

Now the latest GUI executable supports command line arguments. So you can probably hack something together for windows like:

volume.pcv
Picocrypt.exe
sfx.bat:
Picocrypt.exe volume.pcv

Compress those into main.7z
copy /b 7zS2.sfx + main.7z sfxtest.exe

or something like that. Haven't tried but might work.
